yea it did that to me for a while.
and the friends list always disconnected randomly and i'd have to restart steam to get it to work bc they werent actually doing maintenance

yea well actually the other night me and lucy were talkin, and he just randomly signed off.
he said hey the next day and i was like whyd u rudely sign off? he said that steam friends had disconnected and it said it was undergoing maintenance. it CLEARLY wasn't since I was still on. I think steam has a tendency to be fucking retarded.
